deported, and the said Judgement having upon dissent of the Assessors recorded on the Minutes been referred to H. A's Envoy Extraordinary and Consul General in Yeddo was pleased to direct and adjudge a further penalty of three months imprisonment to the Defendant in Her Majesty's Jail - as more specially set forth in the sentence, a certified copy of which is hereto annexed in accordance with the acting Consul at Hongkong to Jail as such to Commit the Defendant and give Execution to the Sentence in the said Common Jail and afterwards by deportation to England in the same manner as if the Sentence had been awarded by the Supreme Court of the Said Colony.

By Her Majesty's order in Council of the 28th January 1860, this is therefore to command you the said Chief Magistrate of Police of the Colony of Hongkong or other Officer of Her Majesty within the said Colony, lawfully authorised.
